EmpowerID Profile Manager reduces the administrative costs associated with entering, revising and keeping employee information
accurate and current between directories. It provides workflow and role-controlled self-service, delegated updates and a robust
Metadirectory with flexible attribute synchronization rules. EmpowerID Profile Manager's easy-to-use, web-based and rich Windows
Presentation Foundation (WPF) user interfaces enable managers and end users to update directory information in one location and have
it flow across all other connected directories. Edits are performed using visually customizable Windows Workflow Foundation
workflows with automatic approval routing, email notifications and full approval history reporting.
The EmpowerID Metadirectory continuously monitors your enterprise directories for changes and logs new values, as well as a full
history of all previous values. When a change is detected, attribute flow rules are evaluated that can roll back the change or
propagate it to all subscribing directories.
Profile Manager also leverages this rich source of accurate information to provide web-based and WPF corporate white pages views.
These interactive searchable views of multi-directory information provide a valuable collaboration tool for finding other employees,
viewing photos, and locating corporate assets and resources.
